You’ve got lucky here, a natural Gesha, for just £40/kg! This is every bit as magical as I expected it to be too. I’ve always had a funny relationship with Gesha coffees, it’s held in such high regard, and it generally is pretty good too, but they’re frequently washed coffees, with delicate floral notes, clean and crisp, which just isn't my preferred flavour profile. But not this, this is a natural coffee, with all the right buzzwords. It’s fruity, boozy, big-bodied and absolutely glorious! Think orange liqueur, pink grapefruit, rum, brown sugar - it’s a really well-balanced, sweet, beautiful cup, that you cannot afford to miss.
