Finca La Sierra Medium Roast

A second coffee from Tambia this drop, we do spoil you. Cupping their coffees I just couldn’t pick between two, so we got them both for you! Finca La Sierra is another Castillo coffee too, but this one is a washed process, medium roast. Another SCA 84.25 too. The slightly darker roast than the Castillo honey really lends itself to espresso, I found the sorts of flavours I know you’ll like in espresso too, it’s like sweet dark chocolate for me with dried fruits, and some brighter berry sweetness too. It gives that rich mouthfeel I look for in espresso with some interesting complexity. The perfect start to your day (or any time really, except bedtime if you’re like me, I’d be up ALL night!)
