Castillo Light Roast

I sort of played a little fast and loose with the rules again here, but it’s absolutely for your benefit. A Colombian honey process, light roast, Castillo with a great back story, but I’ll save that for our (blog). Scored SCA 84.25. Another super classy coffee (I’m a classy guy, you know), on the nose it’s chocolate and sweet citrusy lemongrass. In the cup it’s pretty clean, I get chocolate, sweet red berries and a hint of that lemongrass too, it’s clean, bright and delicious.
