Buy this coffee if: You want fruit, sweet yellow fruits, a real juicy banger!
This really knocked my socks off in cupping, I had to double-check it wasn't a co-ferment too, to be honest! This has heaps of sweet, dried yellow fruit notes, with chewy apricots up front. It has some brown sugar sweetness, you know, soft and caramelly, juxtaposed with that yellow fruit acidity. Super delicious filter coffee, I have a feeling it would make for some sweet and interesting espresso too!
