True artistry going on here, Michelangelo has expertly crafted this honey processed Burundi. So not quite natural, I’ll give you that, but it’s pulped then dry fermented, before being dried on raised African beds, so it’s most of the way there. Anyway, it’s fruity and super interesting, fresh tart raspberries and juicy green apple with notes of Brazil nuts. Espresso or filter, your choice, its versatile so you’ll have a great time either way 🙌🏼
