This washed coffee is probably best suited to espresso, but it makes a great cup of filter coffee too. It's not quite so crispy clean and bright as I often expect from washed coffee, it has more soft stone fruit with some darker natural, brown sugar sweetness. I get a hit of mango out back too as it cools. It's absolutely delicious either way, Beanworks recommended recipe as espresso is: 19g in, 36g out at around 24-26 seconds. This should bring out the juicy citrus flavours and sweet finish 🙌🏼
